Hello my name is Iain Holgan. I am married to Nikki and have 2 boy's Kyle & Ethan. I run 'A' Class Driving school from Elgin, Bathgate, and Edinburgh test centres.

Working to promote safe driving for life my team and I cover all aspects of driver training. Starting with learners, B+E (cars and trailers) all the way through to fleet company car drivers and product launches. We have been in Barcelona at a proving ground launching the Lexus LS600h, going round the circuit at over 170 mph in various cars was an eye opener. We are always doing some form of launch with Bentley and Maserati which is always fun.

I qualified as a BSM instructor, which I did for a year and a half, the first six months I worked from Cambridge & Norwich and the last year I worked from Edinburgh. In April 2002 I formed 'A' Class Driving School, which is running successfully from Livingston. I am now working from Elgin test centre as of Apr 2008. I have many ideas for the future to expand the business and promote safe driving for life.

I am a RoSPA Gold Advanced Driver. I am also a RoSPA Diploma in Advanced Driving Instructor, which gives me the highest qualification atainable to a member of the driving public, and also certifies me to teach Advanced Driving.

I was in the RAF Regiment for 12 years, during which I carried out many different instructional duties on various subjects. 

I joined forces with Tom Meechan of 1st Class Driver Training. We are the directors of Drivewize Driving Consultants based in West Lothian and Moray.
